Yes. The current beta is free, including PDF downloads. No paid subscription is active.

Can I create an invoice without signing in?

Yes. Create and download PDFs as a guest. Continue with ChatGPT to save and edit documents across devices.

Can I add my logo and VAT?

Yes. Upload an optional logo and enter a VAT rate when applicable. Prices entered in the editor exclude VAT.

Can I send the PDF through WhatsApp?

Use Share PDF / WhatsApp and choose WhatsApp if your device supports file sharing. Otherwise, download the PDF and attach it as a document in WhatsApp.

Which businesses can use the templates?

Use a blank template or start with furniture, T-shirt branding, event planning, photography, videography, catering or general services. All templates can be edited.

How your documents are stored

Guests: documents stay in this browser until you clear its storage. Signed-in users: documents, saved customers and catalogue entries are stored against your account for access across devices. Device documents are uploaded only when you choose Import. PDFs are generated in your browser and shared only when you select an app and recipient. Account login uses ChatGPT. This beta has no paid subscription or payment processing.
