NoPaperInvoice by Hectaris is a simple document tool for Nigerian businesses that need to prepare and share invoices, proformas and payment receipts from a phone or laptop.

Start with a blank template or a template for furniture, T-shirt branding, event planning, photography, videography, catering or general services. Add your business details and optional logo, review the document and download a PDF.

Free beta

The current beta is free. No paid subscription or payment processing is active. You can create and download documents as a guest without logging in.

Accounts and storage

Continue with your ChatGPT account to save and edit work across devices. No separate NoPaperInvoice password is needed. Guest documents stay in the browser where they were saved and can be lost when that browser’s storage is cleared. Export a backup if you need a separate copy. Existing device documents are uploaded only when you choose Import.

PDFs and payment records

PDFs are generated in your browser. Sharing requires you to select an app and recipient. Payment receipts record amounts you enter; the app does not collect customer payments or verify bank transfers.
